After calling Battle Ground HVAC, the scheduled us for the very next day! When the tech showed up, he was on time, and asked several questions about our system (age, how often we use it, any issues). When we explained that the outside system was making terrible noises, he investigated the issue.
After cleaning all the parts from the inside systems, replacing the filers, he gave us a couple of options for the motor? outside. He was very informative, and we decided to go with a new motor vs rebuilding or leaving it alone. He did have to order the part, but was back 2 days later to install.
This has been one of the better experiences I have had with HVAC, where I feel like I was a customer they have been working with for years, not just a one time deal.
