Horrible experience with company. Tried to renovate house. Really wanted to get rid of plastic patio furniture. Spoke to an arrogant service man. Told me I can't get white glove service so purchased more teak furniture. I was home one day and saw a giant carton at front door. I was able to catch the guy who dropped it off and told him to take it back because I didn't order it this way. Called Thos. Baker to let them know what happened and they didn't even apologize for the mistake they made. I was not impressed with them at all. I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a piece of furniture. They told me it was on sale and I purchased it. I ended up getting a confirmation email telling me they could not deliver it for me. The manager told me a mistake was made and said there was damage to furniture when they were about to ship it. They told me they have a policy where they don't ship damaged furniture so they had to cancel my order. I waited a year for this furniture, I did not want to wait another year for the same furniture.
