If I could have given no stars it would have been more fitting. They were supposed to come out to my house to do a moss treatment and show up between 12-5pm. I took the afternoon off from work and waited for them to show up. It was close to 5 and I reach out to Stephanie who said that she just spoke to Andrew and they are still on their way. Just before I called, I sent an email asking were they were at. Andrew called back within 10 minutes of my call with Stephanie and said ther propellers on their drone had broken earlier and we were going to re-schedule. Obviously they hadn’t coordinated the bs they were telling customers. They never bother to call at any point in the day to give me an update. They never said I didn’t have to be at the house. Andrew told me he would call me back the following morning to give me an update. Never heard back but they still charged my credit card. This is the second time I bought their bs. Don’t use them and waste your time and money. Terrible customer service.
