They did a good job. We did have to have them come out again to adjust the molding around the frame, but they were very friendly and willing to work with us.

In order to fabricate the two small doors, a representative from Olympic Glass came to our house to take measurements and draw plans for the doors, which were to match the existing windows in the room. It took a very long time for the doors to arrive and when they finally did, the paint was wrong. They reluctantly sent them back and several weeks later, the doors came back, only this time, it was obvious the design was wrong. They did not match the existing windows at all. I was told this was not a complicated window to match and thus would be no problem. These doors were unacceptable but Olympic Glass refused to take them back, as they were custom. But THEY DESIGNED THEM! After many frustrating conversations with the owners, they finally replaced then, again many, many weeks later. It was a terrible, terrible experience.
