They have good quality and they response to any problems. They are reliable and the cost is reasonable.

I tried to call them because the internet wasn't working. When I first called they kept hanging up on me. I finally got a hold of someone and ended up talking to 5 different people for six hours, which during that time they told me that the problem was a number of different things, all of them were my fault when it turns out that they had turned off the system in my area. They sent me a new modem which I didn't use and I sent it back. When I called them they told me that I wouldn't have to pay a discontinuation fee. They called and said that I had to pay it. I told them what they had already said, and they agreed. But then in the mail they sent me a bill. I complained enough and they took the fee away.
