He has worked with me on three different offers and we are still in this new process now. He is just an amazing guy. He goes out of his way. He is very responsive and especially I have been to eight houses and three with him and he is still continuing to help me. The one thing is that he is responsive whenever I send emails and stuffs he always replies within a day. He also looks out for the things that we see when we purchase a house. I don’t know about other people that he has helped with but the things like oil paints and stuff like are the things he makes sure that isn’t there. I am looking on a renovation home which is just like my comfort so he is been helping me accordingly with that. He spends a lot more time than a normal sale so. I would rate him excellent because just another day I and my wife were walking with him in the houses that he has worked with. Responsiveness is one of his characteristics. He is very punctual like if he has to show any house then he is there on time. I would recommend him to anyone.
