Excellent - After a couple days of not receiving the package, she realized the package was either lost or not delivered. My sister and Mom had no luck with the post office after multiple attempts. Within a week, Churchmouse pulled the same order, packaged it up and shipped it for no charge. For them to step up and do this is really great. They are a small business and the last thing they need is to lose money due to the post office's mistake, but they are more focused on customer service and we thank them. We'll definitely continue doing business with Churchmouse in the future.
