The repair required replacing the faucet and interior pipe replacement as well on an almost 50 year old home. Andy Nelson came out and evaluated the problem and showed me the old unit and explained what needed to be done in a way that made it completely understandable and obvious that his solution was correct and necessary. He did the extensive repairs quickly and efficiently and in less time than I had imagined . He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. This was my first experience with Bainbridge Island Plumbing and I wish I had used them for my three previous plumbing needs but I will certainly use them for all future projects. It's nice to know that we have such great local service provider and I highly recommend them.

They are very professional. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and polite.

The countertop installers did a bad job of aligning the faucet holes with the sink knock-outs (I checked this myself) so extra time was needed by the plumbers to "make" the faucet set fit. The bathroom installation went fast and smooth. The guys did a good job and I'd use them again.

Mike Nelson has had his hands in everything! You can't put what he knows in a computer. He is priceless. They are tough to schedule as they don't come out fast, but nothing I've ever needed was an emergency. But they do show up when they are scheduled to be there. However, I had a horrible septic back-up and I called Mike because I didn't know what else to do. He told me I didn't need a plumber, but he ran down the list of what I should do and who I should contact. That was very kind of him and he was exactly right!

They did a good job. They were prompt. They cleaned up. They did the job they said they were going to do and did it well. Several times they gave us good ideas about how to do certain things we needed done. They are a little expensive.

HAVE USED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHEN THERE HAVE BEEN PLUMBING PROBLEMS AND THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING JUST WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
