Curt and his team installed the wrong heat pump for the size of our house. This has resulted in the system lasting only 4 years - and needs to be replaced. Fraudulent company. Do not use!

They did a good job at a fair priced. Checked with other company's and settled on Bainbridge for the price and reviews. Very Professional and fixed a few things I didn't like on the spot, even hooked up the stove and made sure it was working good.

Great. I called Bainbridge Heating and Air on a Friday afternoon after another company cancelled on me that day and couldn't reschedule for two weeks. Bainbridge Heating and Air was able to squeeze me in that SAME day and arrived in about 30 minutes! They figured out that the cap on the top of the duct up on the roof had fallen down too far onto the duct, not allowing enough exhaust out which caused some of the exhaust to backflow into the garage, creating the condensation in the garage. We re-positioned the cap, and the problem was solved instantly! I just need to secure the cap in place with some sheet metal screws, but other than that, everything's as good as new! Thanks!

Paul came out and cleaned and inspected my 5 year-old Daikin Inverter unit, which I originally bought from another company(which no longer sells Daikin). When the unit was originally installed I complained about it never getting very warm and was nearly useless as the outside temperature dropped close to and below freezing. The original company came out and "inspected" the unit, and told me, "That's just the way these Inverter units are - they just don't work very well as the temperature drops close to freezing." I believed them, as that was the case with a heat pump I had previously owned in another house. Well, Paul just did routine maintenance on the unit (as I had in the past), but whatever he did, the unit now works better than it ever did in the 5 fears I've owned the unit. During our recent cold snap, where our outside temps dropped to about 28 degrees, our inside temps never dropped below 71 degrees! We were toasty warm for the first time ever with this unit. My entire experience with Bainbridge Heating and Air has been most pleasurable, from dealing with the most pleasant and competent lady who answers their telephone, to the promptness and excellence of Paul, who serviced our unit. I felt the price they charged ($159) was very fair, especially due to the fact that my Daikin Inverter finally works as it was designed to for the first time in 5 years! I highly recommend Bainbridge Heating and Air.

Curtis did our annual furnace maintenance and tune-up. He showed up on time for the service, he did a good job, and he answered all questions completely. He is also honest, not trying to sell you services that you do not need. He is professional, detailed, and courteous.

Decided that having an annual checkup for the heating unit and heat pump was in order. The service man was very prompt. He introduced himself (Paul) and then got right to work. When he had to enter the house he always removed his street shoes. During the checkup he found a problem and continued to pursue it until he found a loose wire in the control unit. A re-strip and tightening cured the issue. He then provided a written description of all work performed. Even though he did not have the correct size filter with him he assured me he would return and leave me one. Paul was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some good recommendations to help keep the system operating trouble free.

They have done quite a bit of extensive work on my furnace and air system. The work that they did was exactly what they said it would be. When they left they had replaced a unit on the system and replaced the thermostat (which I felt was unnecessary as it made no difference) and they made a lot of noise about needing a new furnace. I asked them to find a new blade for the fan because that was the noise I was hearing. The fan they put in made no difference at all.
They were prompt and I paid exactly what I was quoted. More than that, they were efficient. The manager called the technician to check if the furnace was better. However, I just don't know if I trust their opinion and I will be looking for a second opinion before I make my final decision as I don't think they solved the problem.

Overall, I was pleased with the company. They stayed on schedule and on budget, and the new system seems to work perfectly. The one time I had an errors message on the thermostat, they dropped everything to come investigate (it was just an odd setting by the manufacturer), and believe me, my house is not on their way to anywhere.
My only complaint was the lack of transparency on pricing. A man came to my home, listened to the features I wanted, and handed me a list of components and a total price. There was no explanation of why this brand or why these components, and I surely had no idea what each of them cost. It was discomforting. But I went with them anyway, as my options are few. That nit aside, I would use their services again.

We interviewed two companies that were recommended by Repower Bainbridge. We selected Bainbridge Heating and Air because of their professionalism & positive attitude towards customers. From the get-go we were impressed with customer service. Curt personally inspected our existing ducts and heating system and provided a thorough explanation of what should be addressed. His bid, available immediately, included the system and fixing & sealing ducts that were too long and not efficient. He saved us money in utilizing existing ducts. The other company would have charged an extra $1000 for the ducting work that was included in Curt's bid. His crew tested the ducts before and after the sealing and certified them for efficiency. We were also impressed and pleased by the installation crew. They were very professional and thorough. All the work that was scoped was done as promised and in the timelines as promised. In addition, the new system works like a charm and has halved our electricity bill!
We would definitely use this company again and plan to when we need to replace our water heater in the future.
