ACTION NOW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We contracted with Actionnow to rent a high end property with the intent of staying for two years, we left after one due to the poor management. The staff seem to be nice but there is high turnover and senior management/ownership is difficult to work with. Our $5000+ rental had pest problem they agreed to but didn’t service, the washer machine was out of over three weeks and when it wasn’t delivered correctly they asked us to compensate the owner, they negligently didn’t call the water company for months after we moved out and we got charged. At one point the owner accused us of being “unpleasant just like all tech workers”. Resolving the water issue between them, the water company, and ourselves was a mess with cross payments and refunds. The last straw was them sending us a bill a couple of days before Christmas and threatening to send us into collections because our little island post office didn’t get it to them by New Years (even though we mailed it immediately). We went their offices to pay the small amount in cash the same day and lodge a complaint about the threats. The owner told us it “wasn’t a threat it was a promise” and ultimately threatened to call the cops! Not a company worthy of my business.
