was punctual, and professional.  I had made an appt for 3 locks, but added 2 additional locks once they arrived.  Very willing to help.

The key intermittently would not turn in my 2000 Toyota Camry. Costs $300+ to replace the ignition switch at the dealer. White Knight repaired it for $75 and it only took 2 hours. Works perfectly now.

They do a good job. They are very nice and always give us great service.

I started using them probably 15 years ago. They change my locks every time I have new renters move into my rentals. They saved me some money by changing out some of the locks instead of the entire knob. They have also bailed me out previously when I had locked my keys in my car.  I have also used them to make keys for some of my hot rods in the past.

They responded very quickly, but they didn’t do anything at all until after December 23, 2011.  I called them, and they said they forgot to order the part or whatever else.  When they did finally come, it was obviously after Christmas.  In total, I paid over $400 just to have one lock change.  It was very expensive.  I have no idea why they charged so much.  They were citing something like $75 a house call up to $150 which is ridiculous.  They are about 8 miles away, but then they charged $75.  I guess I should have asked them that question to begin with.  They then charged another $70 for the lock, which I can’t really argue about.  I guess the rest of the stuff was their labor, and they were only here for about 20 minutes.  As far as I am concerned, I will not use them again in the future.

He got the door open and did not charge me. I was so thankful that he got the lock un-jammed that I bought items in his store. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them.

They went beyond their job description in order to re-key the lock and deadbolt on a door that had been kick-in.

When I called, the lady I spoke to gave me prices on everything I needed - $55 for the service call, $35 to drill, $25 for the deadbolt (although they would have installed hardware I had purchased), $9 to key it to my front deadbolt. It was $15 to have them replace the latch on my front door. You press down with your thumb to retract the latch and it had become stuck in the retracted position. I called at 10:00 am that morning and they said they could send someone out to my house at 1:00 p.m. The locksmith arrived about 1:30 p.m. and had me show him what I needed. In 30 minutes, he'd replaced the front latch and drilled and installed a deadbolt on my garage door which worked using my front door deadbolt key. He asked for a brush and dustpan to clean up, wrote me a receipt and processed my credit card. He was very courteous and easy to work with.

They were three hours late. They finally showed up after we called them to say that we were going to cancel the job unless they came right away. Once they got here, the job was done to our satisfaction.

It was excellent. They were timely. It was a fair price for them coming to our home. I felt safe with them in my home. The diagnostic and explanation all made since.

Everything went fine.

We were very pleased with the care and concern they showed us after his car had been broken into. We did not have insurance for the repair but they worked with us to make it reasonable.

WHITE KNIGHT RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY REQUEST. THEY HAD THE CORRECT PARTS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO CUT NEW KEYS TO MATCH EXISTING LOCKS.
