Roofing
I tried to call the contractor back. I left a message and gave him a week and he never returned my call. I ended up calling him from a different phone number and he picked up. He said sorry for not responding and he would be out that same week. Its been two weeks since that conversation and he has not shown up. I have tried calling and leaving messages but still no response.
