Insulation Service
The quality of the work was excellent although the communication and scheduling left a little to be desired. First, the salesman/estimator missed the initial appointment due to car trouble. He did not have a cell phone and no one knew where he was. I waited around the house for three hours and finally heard from him. The work itself went well, but I was told it would all be done on one day and later learned that the blow in guys were coming on a different day which required more scheduling. Finally, they require payment in advance which I found a little odd, but they do take credit cards and do not charge you until the day of the service, so that is OK. Finally, I was told that I might get a rebate from Puget Power but later learned that they are not participants in the rebate program.

WASHINGTON INSULATION CAME OUT AND BLEW NEW INSULATION RIGHT OVER THE OLD STUFF (WHICH THEY SAID WAS SAFE). IT WAS A NO HASSLE JOB FOR ME AND IT HAS HELPED KEEP MY HOUSE WARMER IN THE WINTER AND COOLER IN THE SUMMER.

OUR GAGRAGE DOOR HAS SIX SECTIONS AND THREE OF THEM WERE DAMAGED. THE COMPANY WENT BACK TO OLD RECORDS TO FIND MODEL NUMBER AND COLOR. SO WE DID NOT PAY FOR A WHOLE NEW DOOR.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OKAY. THE GUYS CAME INTO MY HOME AND ASSESSED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. CALLED AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND CAME AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THAN STATED. THE OVERALL APPEARANCE IS OKAY AND STILL NEEDS A LITTLE BIT MORE WORK.
