This gym only exists to make money. They seem more focused on sales and quotas than their members' health. Unfortunately none of the money is put into upgrading its facility or equipment. The manager is dishonest and self-serving. I ended up paying for 2 extra months of classes because he lied directly to my face and told me he didn't want me to incur a lot of cancelation fees so I should wait and see what he could arrange with his district manager, when all I needed to do was give 30-days written notice. They have an exceptionally high rate of turn over with personal trainers so the one I began with only a few months ago is no longer there. I've always been a member of a fitness center wherever I've lived, used personal trainers in all, and have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and general sleaziness as I have at Vision Quest.

It is nothing fancy, but the price is right for the amount of services I get. The overall experience was excellent. I will continue use this provider.

Even though we had, and faxed and showed them both bank statements and credit card statements showing that we had paid, the Vision Quest people and their billing company were unable to find the records at their end. We have been hounded on the phone by the billing company, which is located somewhere other than Seattle, for payment. No one at the gym location seems to be able to straighten this out. We are closing out our membership and going elsewhere. However we will not pay anything else to them until they acknowledge what we have paid and straighten out their billing problems.
The facilities are not lavish; they are minimal but are acceptable and the price is reasonable for what you get. One good thing is that classes like yoga and zumba and spinning are included in the price. The front desk people are pleasant. I had a trainer for a while but stopped that since I don't think they are very capable to train people with special needs, such as older people and people with arthritis and other physical limitations.

They are in several locations but the one I joined is in Auburn. It hasn't been a long time but I think I have a pretty good feel for what the gym is. The membership fee was absolutely ridiculous; it is inexpensive. It is only about $20 a month which is pretty much half of what other clubs are. We caught the end of the month and we actually signed up for $15 a month. The facility is large and comprehensive. Compared to other places, it does not have a pool or hot tub. It is not particularly posh. The main thing that my wife and I joined was for some of the classes that they have. In particular we were looking for the number of zumbo classes which was the deciding criteria for us. They even have a boxing ring where they train boxers. It is different than the experience we have had in the past. It is not family oriented like other places. It is more focused on getting results physically. They have a chiropractor office as a part of the facility. As a part of their initiation they claim that it is pretty much a physical assessment. They send virtually everybody as far as I know in to be evaluated by the chiropractor when they join the gym.

IT WAS GREAT AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND HELPFUL. INFO WAS WONDERFUL AND THE PRICE UNBEATABLE FOR WHAT YOU GET. I WOULD AND STILL DO USE THEM ALL THE TIME.
