I have never had any problems with them. If you have any problems if you don't know what you are doing you can take it out there and they will show you how to do it. They are pretty good. I like them. I work in a hospital in the basement. I can't talk on my phone.

I have used them for years. I occasionally lose calls in outlying areas. I use them because they have more coverage than other providers. The internet connection is fast although I do not have 4G service where I live so sometimes it is not as fast as people talk about, but that probably is true of all internet providers. I interact with them on-line.

Their rates are ridiculous, but they were fine as far as their service. I started using them in 1999, it was an arbitrary decision. I only had so many text message without a charge. I have just the same service with my new provider for less. If their price structure changed, maybe I would use them again.

Not specifically for Verizon but all of these service providers who provide cable TV and Internet packages are overpriced; all of them. Assuming you have to have these signals come into your house they are certainly adequate. I have shopped around and this is the least of a bunch of evils so I will use them again in the future.

I have used Verizon for cellular phone service for quite a while. I have two cell phones on my plan. I am not happy with when I go in the store and they say they are not actually Verizon stores and say they are go line if you buy accessories. I just do not feel they advertise well that they subcontract to another company for their accessories.
