From Kit in dispatch to Mark providing the repair, they were honest and provided very timely service. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in the same appointment. The charges were reasonable and in line with what I had been told. I would definitely hire them again.

They were very timely and fantastic that they are opened on the weekend it was great that they were able to fix it without having to leave to get parts. My only problem was that he told me it would only cost 150 to 200, but it actually cost 379. That is my only complaint, but that is kind of a big error.

I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT THE INSTALLER WAS NOT AS EXPERIENCED AS HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THE INSTALLER DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING EVEN THOUGH HE TRIED HARD. THE COMPANY MADE UP FOR IT THOUGH, AND THEY FINISHED LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.
