The couch looks beautiful. It was covered in fabric that I chose and appears to be well done. However from the professional and customer service stand point I have not had a good experience. Jerry was very laid back which I liked at first, but came back to haunt me in the end. When I originally contacted Jerry I explained that it was an older couch and that at least one of the springs needed tying, and he said no problem. He gave me a quote of $600 plus fabric (which I chose) and $25 for pick up and delivery. When he came to pick up the couch he said that it looked like it needed more work and that it would be $200 more. A few weeks later he called and said that it would be an additional $300 and that he needed more $$ for the fabric too. The hard thing to know is the quality of what was done internally, but he did not replace the cushions which seems to be something that should have been done. So overall it was a miserable experience.

JERRY MOORE WAS THE UPHOLSTERER, HE DID A GOOD JOB. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. THE SHOP WAS CONVINENT TO FIND AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME.

COVERED 4 OF MY BARSTOOLS WITH BEAUTIFUL FABRIC, AND THEY LOOKED NEWER THAN EVER. VERY COMFORTABLE TOO. DID A QUICK JOB, AND WERE VERY KIND.
