SUNNY ELECTRIC & REFRIGERATION

Provider was assigned by manufacturer (Generac Generators) to provide warranty repairs on the comparatively new generator that had stopped working. Generac replaced the original repair team who had installed the generator 10 months earlier. That team told Generac that the engine needed replacement but Generac balked and made Sunny Electric perform four days of different testing to avoid the cost of the new engine that came with the generator. Both contractors explained they were bound by their service contract with Generac to perform only the repairs/tests Generac authorized and because Generac did not believe the original contractor was performing the tests they authorized from 2000 miles away they brought in Sunny Electric. Under other circumstances Sunny electric may be a great contractor.  However, working under the direction of a project manager 2000 miles distant was less than ideal.

KC is extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous. He perfrmmed both jobs as requested with extreme high quality (to include cleaning up area after job was complete) and in a very timely manner. I highly recommend KC.
