Vlad was great! Very easy to work with and the installation looks amazing. I ran out of previous flooring I had and they were kind enough to go to the store and get more for me. I plan on having them come back to update my bathroom.

Not well, the layout of the tiles were installed wrong. The design we have in mind was basically destroyed. The guy the tiles to 10 inches without asking. We wanted to keep it at 12 inches because the shower head was 12 inches wide. The tiles are not centered with the drain or shower head at all. The guy installed one tile that was a sample ( the tile is different in color). The guy drained mud/grout materials through the new sink drain which was installed a week before he started. We have to called a plumber to unclogged the drain. It was nasty. They didn’t cover the new floor, left grout on the floor and the new vanity. On the last day, they scratched the new vanity like a centimeter. I have to painted it to minimize the scratch. The owner ended up give us a discount if $500. I wished I could have paid full price and have the shower the way I wanted it at the beginning. They have no effective communication between the guys. This could have been avoided by just communicating and asking questions. I was home the whole time but ny the time i saw the work, the guy was half way done. I just can’t recommend them!

From the beginning everything went smoothly. Kept in communication, did what was discussed and very timely. The final flooring installation is beautiful! I highly recommend Vlad for any of your projects.
