My wife and I were expecting our first baby and were having trouble with a leaky pipe in the garage as well as our shower not draining. They understood the importance and timely sensitivity of our predicament. We felt heard and that our problems were important. Chris and Randy shifted their schedule to make it happen for us. What should have been a reasonable task ended up being a bigger task but Sodo did not back down. Everything was very clearly explained what was wrong, what needed to happen, how soon they could start and cost. They were professional, timely, and their cleanup was fantastic, but Iâ m an electrician - so what would I know. My wife says she felt very comfortable with them being in the house while she was alone. I would have absolutely no problem referring them to anyone needing repairs!!
