The reservation was easy, the tech was polite and the work looked good. However the next day I noticed that a piece of trim was loose, and a small screw cover on the trim was missing (after driving the car a day after the windshield was replaced). I'm selling the car and needed to have the trim fixed quickly. Unfortunately they have to schedule you into their system and could not get to me the same day I called. The warranty won't transfer to the new owner, so he's screwed. Won't use Safelite again; trim shouldn't have been loose and they should have fixed it same day.

They were extremely friendly and did great work. No leaking problems. Dropped off car the night before and they were very understanding and had no problem with my request to store our car in their garage. Would definitely go to the Auburn Safelite again.

Customer service was fantastic. When I originally called the 1-800 number to get a quote and make an appointment the agent was sure all I need was repair. I knew otherwise, but I went to my appointment as scheduled. Sure enough, it needed to be replaced. They got the part in within hours and had me come back later that day. The manager was so friendly and even found a better rate for me than I was first quoted. I'm pleased with my new windshield and comfortable with the warranty they provide for their work.

My windshield had recently got a large rock ding. To prevent further damage I called Safelite. They had replaced my windshield at my work site several years ago. The Auburn location was more convenient for me and they scheduled me right away. After discussing the payment options they offered me other non-advertised discounts so my total was surprisingly lower than anticipated. It was completed in the time they stated.

I CALLED GLASPRO AND THE SAME DAY ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE TO DROP OFF AND HAVE THE WINDSHIELD AND URETHANE SEAL FOR OUR TRUCK REPLACED. WE FOUND THE EMPLOYEES TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.
