The camera installation went very well. They installed them in the most appropriate locations and did the best they could to hide all installation wiring. They used GE cameras which are performing excellantly both daytime and night vision. The original GE DVR they used was not compatible with my Mac computer and had to be exchanged for a different brand. Once exchanged they managed to get everything up and working off my wi-fi. I had told them that I wanted to be able to access the cameras from anywhere in the world via the internet. They said they could do this and we all thought they had but I came to find out that the set up I was left with worked only when using my personal wi-fi. I have to admit that I was reluctant in contacting them to resolve this issue because of their lack of experience in working with Mac's. I did contact a friend of mine who is a networking expert and we managed to easily remedy the situation. The system works incredibly well!
