Financial Planning
My initial meeting with Rick was to clarify my goals. He gave me a worksheet to fill out that detailed my assets, debts and resources. He also gave me worksheets that helped clarify my investment and goals and my financial priorities. We met after I filled them out and he explained all the options for my goals. He then wrote a very readable document showing my current financial status and what options I had for meeting my goals. Over subsequent meetings he explained long term care insurance and helped me purchase a policy. He also explained my investment/retirement options and helped me purchase an annuity. He was very flexible about my variable work hours. He was also not just understanding but supportive when I asked for extra time to think things over and when I changed my mind about buying a policy. His exact words were "Janine, all that matters is finding a program that works for you."
