The project took about 10 days and included removal of all rooftop equipment, removal of rubber roof, filling and sanding of existing plywood underlayment, application of primer, spraying of Eco-Coat, re-installation of rooftop equipment, and sealing around rooftop equipment with self-leveling lap sealant. Sales and technical people were very professional and patiently explained the process. I rated quality an "A", because "A-" was not available to choose. After 9 months, I noticed three minor leaks that they took care of under the 10-year warranty they provide. (I should stress that none of the leaks caused any damage to the structure of the trailer or the interior.) One leak was at a skylight, another was at a roof vent, and the 3rd was related to the TV antenna mount. The first two were attributed by the company as being due to a bad batch of sealant that cured too hard and cracked. I attribute the 3rd to a training issue as the tech sprayed the lining up and over the metal antenna base and it did not stick to the metal. They told me it should not have been sprayed over the base, but rather just up to the base and then sealed with lap sealant. They happily and promptly performed the needed warranty fix-ups, and the application of the lining was top quality in all other respects. The cost was about 25% less than if I had a new rubber roof installed, and it would have had only a 1-year warranty. I highly recommend Kyle and his crew.
