Their quality was not good. They sent the team to check the issue. One of the workers confirmed that four sections should be replaced, however the owner refused to do so. The problem was not with the workers, it's with the owner. Be careful. I would not recommend this provider.

I would highly recommend them. I did find one nail in my driveway which I called it to their attention but the crew was timely, friendly, cleaned up well and overall good guys. I would hire them again.

They did a great job. We shared the fence cost with a neighbor so they chose Rainier from several fencing estimates. The neighbor had his whole yard done, because he had several points of damage on a very old fence. Rainier gave us a break on our small part because of the bigger job for the neighbor. They were efficient, professional and the new fence looks great. I'm not putting the amount charged because it really is different for each fence design, footage and height.

Rainier Fencing built our fence years ago. So when a section fell onto the sidewalk (because our landscaper cut it off :( ) we called them to get it repaired, along with another section that had storm damage, a gate that wasn't functioning properly, and a small dog-house like structure for our hot tub pump that was falling apart. Because of the urgency of the situation -- our yard was open to the street -- a member of their office team actually came to do the work, and he was great! Everything looks terrific, and he actually *replaced* a full section rather than merely repairing it. (Another company, for the same cost, said they'd repair, but it was falling apart and that would never have worked.) Now, our gates work (he actually looked at the second gate and fixed its opening, too!), the new section looks perfect, and the extra work on our hot tub pump housing made it finally sturdy and well-constructed. We are VERY happy with the responsiveness and the good work!

Terrible company to work with. The wood gate that they put up warped about 3 months after it was installed. After many calls and emails it was finally replaced. The second gate warped just like the first one. After many many calls and emails (which were never answered or returned) the second gate has never been fixed by them. It has been over a year since the second was put in and about 7-8 months since it warped. Their customer service is horrid and I would not recommend this company or ever use them again. They don't stand behind their products. Don't waste your money...they are no bargain and a real pain to work with.

Excellent ideas and workmanship under not ideal circumstances.

Initial meeting for quote was on time and very professional. Agreed to move forward. Initial service day was scheduled and workers arrived on time and completed 90% of the job. It took many weeks and numerous phone calls to get the to return to complete the work. In the meantime, we noticed some shoddy workmanship and contacted the company to resolve. Again, it took many phone calls and non-payment of final bill to get them to return and fix the problems, completing the job.

We called for a bid from this company as they had installed a fence at a house across the street from us. Response was quick, bid was done on schedule and was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.We went with them since we had seen their work on our neighbors house.
7/28/14 The job was scheduled, workers showed up on time and completed most of the work the same day. Some small cosmetic fixes were needed and workers promised to return the next day. We also noticed some problems with one of the gates latches and called the office asking for them to correct that at the same time as the cosmetic fixes. Office promised workers would be there on Tuesday or Wednesday the 1st week of August.  It took multiple weeks and many follow up phone calls before a work crew returned with no phone call or notice to us to expect them. Gate latch still did not connect.  Half payment was paid upon reserving the appointment. Remainder is pending their return and finishing the job.
9/25/14 After multiple phone calls with the sales rep promising a return crew, a crew returned. Work was completed and a final payment was made.
FINAL: The gate will be considered  "installed"' but has a large gap between gate panels; the latch locks but the panels do not come together. Two of the fence caps are installed but are of extremely poor quality. We are considering the job done. We will not use this company again. Half payment was paid upon reserving the appointment. Remainder was paid upon the 9/25 finishing the job.

On May 24 we've hired Rainier Fencing to do our fence, understanding that the lead times were 3 weeks. To-date, July 6, our fence is not done. 4 weeks after the contract was signed, workers showed up and started digging holes in a crooked line, not what was discussed with the salesman, Collin. We pulled all the poles out, called & left messages that it was unacceptable. Collin never returned phone calls. I got a hold of another salesman, who came out & discussed the project with my husband. They agreed that the posts will be set in the holes that are on the retaining wall. 3 days later we got the posts, but not in the retaining wall holes! They put the posts about 1' from the wall. Not what was agreed, but we have decided to let it go, since we are in a hurry to get it done, our entire backyard remodeling project is on hold because of a delay with a fence. Now the poles are in, but no chain link, and nobody returns my calls. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

To date, we have only paid the 50% down payment. The balance will be made once the project is completed to our satisfaction. In addition to a list of items that need to be corrected before we make final payment (cracked posts, unsecured finials, sections of fence on the ground, exposed nails on deck, and many more) we were most displeased by the lack of professionalism. Phone calls weren't returned, workers showed up late and left early (if they showed up at all), clean-up after the projects was haphazard, etc. My overall impression was that there was no pride in their owm work - and the ''finished product'' reflects that. Overall I am merely slightly satisfied with the work - which is not a great feeling to have after spending thousands of dollars on a home improvement project.

I AM IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY HAD THE FENCE SECURED AND REPAIRED. IT NOW KEEPS HER LITTLE DOG IN WITHOUT WORRIES. THE WORKERS WERE QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK ALL OF THE LEFTOVER MESS WITH THEM.
