Took a shot at Rain Proof Roofing based on the positive reviews at the time on my search. Mike called me to setup a visit within 48-hrs of my submitting my request for quote. When he came to inspection/survey my roof, he found several sun damaged/installation mistakes on several flapper vents and roof vents, as well as vent stake seals. The total time on roof was less than 30-mins. He showed me some images of the issues and we discussed to paths, just replace the vents with issues or replace all of them. I went with replacing all vents with metal (existing ones were plastic). Mike got the proposal to me within 7-days. I compared with responses to the other two vendors I selected and Mikes was the best. The repair date was set and repairs were performed 3-weeks after the inspection. Chris was methodical in his work on replacing the vents and seals. It took him about 4 hours to complete the work (2-hours over the estimate). Chris explained that it took longer than he expected due to issues with a few of the vents and is strive to complete the work effectively. When complete, he showed me several of the removed vents/covers to show issues not seen during the inspection. Total: $2,500 This is a small company and this added to their drive to do top-tier work.

Work was planned and completed within 2 weeks, with actual on-site work being done within a few days. We were pleased with their promptness and efficiency. There was good and clear communication about supplies, work schedules, and costs. Total cost was higher than anticipated, but quality of work and guarantee was worthwhile.

My wife and I have a large and very complex custom roof on our house. While getting bids on a full roof replacement from several roofing companies, some said they didn't want to take it on, some were really high priced, and some sounded like they had no plan. Rainproof Roofing had both the best price of the bunch, and the most knowledge and experience. Mike had a plan for how to replace our failed roof, and a few simple modifications that would correct the root problem. The process was easy. We never felt pressured, and we were kept well informed of progress. They always showed up on time, were extremely respectful of us and our neighbors, and did a phenomenal job. Mike and Cindy run their business with integrity and a quality product. We couldn't be happier with our rain proof roof.

Mike and the rainproof crew are great! Mike worked with me on a number of different options, was always available for questions, and even worked around my travel schedule. Mike is super knowledgeable about roofing and has really good insight and ideas. The work was excellent. HIGHLY recommended!

Exceptional! Mike came and blew my mind at how fast he was. Now 14 years later my roof still looks great. I will never use anyone else. Side note... About 5 years into my roof I developed a leak in my kitchen. Mike showed up within an hour. He traced the leak to a fascia board that was sticking out too far, that had been recently installed by the siders that had just redone my siding. He quickly corrected THEIR mistake and wrapped up to leave. I asked him what I owed and he said NOTHING! I would never hire anyone else for my roofing needs. Period!

He traced the leak and found it to be from the fascia board that was installed by the siding company, after the roof had been installed. I asked him what I owed him and he said NOTHING. Mike will always be my go to roofer!
