 + -1 morePLEASANT PEOPLE TO TALK WITH. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDING WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CAMERA LITERATE. PRICES ARE ON THE HIGH SIDE BUT THEY ARE LOCAL SERVICE AND ARE PROMPT.
Description of Work: SHUTTER ON MINOLTA CAMERA WAS JAMMED. R & K WAS ABLE TO SEND IT OUT FOR REPAIR AND LOANED ME A CAMERA FOR THE DURATION.

 + -1 moreI WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY, AND WAS HOPING IT WOULD DISPLAY A MENU OPTION, BUT INSTEAD IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE VIDEO. STILL, THEY PERFORMED A SERVICE I WAS UNABLE TO ACCOMPLISH ON MY OWN, AND I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT TO BE DONE.
Description of Work: I HAD VIDEO FROM A CAMCORDER TRANSFERRED TO A DVD. THEY HAD TO EDIT THE VIDEO INTO TWO SECTIONS.
