We hired this company to replace our carpet with laminated floor. They started on time and did a great job, but they never came back to finish the job. I called them and emailed but they never responded. My husband reached out to them multiple times, and they stopped responding to him also. My regret is paying them before the job is done.

Very poor service. Didn t return house key. Potential damages and liability issues with with patio deck work product.

Prestige Flooring came through for us in a big way. We were moving into a house and we wanted to have the old carpet replaced upstairs before we moved all our stuff in. A week before we needed to move they said they would be able to start right away. Other flooring services said they needed 1-2 weeks before they could start. We were getting about 1250sqft of LVP installed in 4 bed rooms and a laundry room. After signing the invoice, Vladâ s team demoed and prepped all the subfloor two days later. The day after demoing, they said they got the material they needed and went hard at work getting flooring installed. We communicated in advance that there were squeaks in the floor, we marked some of those squeaky locations for them, during the demo and prep they found more squeaking that they fixed for us. Their communication and pricing was amazing. Vlad kept in contact with us every other day via calls and texts. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by him and his team.

They are very professional. They made recommendations to improve the remodel on things we had never though about. The recommendations will really increase the value of the house

Prestige Flooring just completed a total upstairs remodel for us (flooring, paint, and window framing) and the entire experience was PHENOMENAL! Their communication was fantastic, prices very reasonable, and they really care about the quality of work. They were responsive to all our questions, worked with us when we added projects or changed things, and always showed up on time. Everyone on their crew was very respectful in our home and cleaned up the dust and dirt. The end result is beautiful, I feel like Iâ m in a brand new house. I will absolutely be hiring them again when we are ready to do the downstairs!

The workmanship was very good and the employees were thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the beginning of the project through to the end.

I had hired Vlad and Nick to do some repair work on some posts in my carport where the footings had collapsed. They came in well below other quotes and the work went very well. On time, always communicative, and quality craftsmanship. So, I hired them again to do the roofing portion of the work as well, for the carport and an attached finished building. We hit some snags with the weather (PNW in January/fabruary), and had one issue arise because of that, but Vlad remained communicative and worked quickly to make it right. There was also some additional out of scope work, but the issues were clearly communicated and agreed upon before the work commenced. I am very happy with the work done, and peace of mind of having a new roof over our heads when we get into our vehicles.

They did a great job

We hired Prestige to tear down 2 walls in our kitchen, rip out all our old flooring, replace it with hardwood, add new baseboards, and paint everything. It was a big project and our two main requirements were that is was done well and quickly. Vlad was on top of it from day one- driving to Bellevue twice in one day at one point to show us flooring and discuss our design with us. He and his crew started a few days after we signed the contract and continued to arrive early in the morning and work until late to finish as quickly as possible. He was amazing at communicating and kept us updated the entire way. Their prices were reasonable and their work was good. They were extremely respectful and showed us how grateful they were for our business. I do especially want to shout out Vlad- he was great to work with throughout this entire process. At one point I made a hole in our basement wall and he came downstairs and showed me how to re-texture our wall so I could paint touch-ups in the future without having to hire someone. Throughout the project he would add things in here or there for free and really made us feel like we could trust him. Overall, I highly recommend Prestige Flooring Design!
