Superp service from start to finish. I highly recommend Pacific Fireplace - he showed me what wasn't actually broken (silly user error) then finished the cleaning and even touched up a couple scratches in the interior walls of the gas fireplace. Very friendly, terrific service. Will certainly be our go to service provider for our gas fireplace!

Excellent! Outstanding service. I will look to hire Mr. Fry for my fireplace corrective and periodic maintenance. My 15 year old fireplace now operates and looks brand new. Thanks Mr. Fry.

I cant compliment him very much, if I can give a 10 stars I would. He is the most competent person since i came here, he is very knowledgeable and he was able to fix my fireplace, adjusted and replaced a part and now it is working just great, He is very very thorough and very competent person and works clean and neat.
