starting with the estimate I was very comfortable & not intimidated, Shannon was prompt & very attentive to my concerns. we agreed on a fair rate that was good for both of us. The crew was right on time & evaluated the project & started immediately. They were very professional & conscience of my property & my neighbors property. Upon completion of the large tree removal the Ablaze crew thoroughly cleaned up the work area & my entire yard. I am very happy I chose Ablaze Tree Pros & would definitely recommend them to anybody needing a professional tree service company at a good fair price.

Highly professional and always mindful of what I wanted. Shannon communicated perfectly and kept me informed on every step of the way. I had my trees trimmed and several bushes trimmed and several other dead bushes removed. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it. The rates are reasonable and this business will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

Excellent service, and FAST! Shannon has a big enough crew that the work was completed in a half a day instead of 2-3. They lopped off some pine branches hanging over the roof, trimmed some lilac bushes and completely tore out a 50 year old, 40 foot hedge. They put everything into their chipper, cleaned up after themselves, then came back a week later and planted 25 new arborvitae trees. Wonderful work! Highly recommend.

Stanley and his crew were excellent. They were very communicative and did the job within a few days of contacting me for a quote. They did everything I asked and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. They were also very friendly and seemed to have a good time together while they worked. These guys came in and removed some hazardous trees fast and efficiently. They had to climb almost every one, 23 very large fir trees in total. They were safe, fast and very efficient. As a union bridge builder and someone who spends most of my time over 100' in the air, I couldn't have been more impressed with their operation. They came in, dropped the trees and cleaned up the mess almost as fast as it came down. I was very impressed with this crew

I thought they were excellent they just did a really good job!

My biggest complaint with Shannon was not finishing the job and not being honest about how long his guys would be working. He was also here just long enough to collect the cash and give a few directions then leave. He told us they would be here from 8-6 (early October so still enough light) but they did not start till closer to 930 and all but one guy was still here by 445. They left two large sections of a Fir tree uncut all the way through making it very difficult to deal with if you did not have a long chainsaw. I called, texted, and messaged through Angi and no response.

Asked for a reschedule for a Friday to ensure they got paid. They came 3 days earlier and no contact prior before, during or after. Received a text message for the payment on Friday. Signed no paperwork. Verbal contracts.

Awesome work crew. I had an extensive overgrowth of blackberries in hard to work places and they cleaned up in a single day what took me several weeks last time i had cleared these areas. I have a yard and a garden again, not to mention being able to see out my kichen and bathroom windows for the first time in months. I fully intend to contract with Pacific Coast for future projects.

Showed up on time for estimate and provided a competitive quote. They were available within the week so we chose them and glad we did. They showed up as scheduled and on time!The climber is a very knowledgable tree removal technician! The ground-man is a highly skilled sawyer and cared for the landscape while running ropes like a Captain! The pair delicately lowered the branches over the landscape with precision and were very easy to work with. They cut a nice firewood pile and left it out of the way. I would use them again no doubt!
