The work was fine and done expeditiously: 2 days to retile floor, replace tiled countertop, add a new sink and faucet and upgrade the exhaust fan. The level of professionalism was disappointing. (e.g., reneging on an agreement, condescending comments, and a sloppy ending (e.g., leaving debris and water in the bathtub, etc.) He apologized for being unprofessional but his repeated insistence that his schedule was critical proved that he comes first, not the customer.
