It's the second time they've been here they clean the tile, replaced tile and we have them on the permanent list. Great people to do business with. That was repair work after the painters had been here.

It went really well they were thorough with the cleaning, they did a good job but i did think the price was a bit on the high side. The office was extremely professional and good communicating with you if any issues arise and were able to work with you.

We had 25 tiles broken and a small leak developed.  The crew arrived to replace the tiles which was done quickly.  They were not pleased with the color match so they searched and found ones that were very close.  They returned and replaced the original 25 tiles as well as caulking around the chimney.
This company is now on our permeant list to call if we have any other roof problems!  
Very pleasant staff and we would recommend them highly.

We had been searching for someone to repair the roof of our house for long period of time but no success. Most of the roofing contractors that we contacted did not want to repair the roof, but wanted to completely replace it. Some of the contractors would make an appointment and would not show up for the appointment and would not call. From our initial call with Northwest Tile, the experience was AWESOME! The owner, Marty,showed up on time for the initial appointment and was extremely professional. His team members, Chris and Jeremy, showed up on time for the work and were outstanding. The work was done in a professional manner and was excellent. I was so impressed that I asked the co-owner Stacy for business cards to take to work and share them with others. Two years later, they came out again for some warranty work and another team member Nathan came as part of the team and he was great also. My dealing with Northwest has been great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It has taken me a long time to get this review into the system, but I wanted to give credit where it is due.

So far, they have given me an estimate of the service. They quoted the service to be $2,621.97 and I thought that was a reasonable quote. I like that they do not power wash the roof. Scheduling was very easy. Marty has been great so far.

They did a superb job. We have used them twice because they're the best. The owner is always around, making sure things are happening right and the crews are terrific as well.

Job is always well done. The company is very responsive and easy to work with.

The crew did a great job! Other contractors had done a very poor job for us but Northwest Tile made our roof look like new.

They came out immediately because my roof was leaking and fixed it. They were wonderful.

Tile roofs are very specialized and we had quite a bit of rain. The owner slowed up even though he had a full schedule. He assessed the leaks and corrected/repaired them. There are other issues with the roof and there will be no charge for this repair visit if I use them to correct those.

The crew showed up on time and completed the work as requested.

I used them because I haven't been able to find a roofer that specialized in tile and it sounded like they could handle the valleys and the other leaks happening on the roof. I found them on the internet. I'm having them come back again this year.

The crew arrived on time and went to work. It took two days to complete the job. The crew was professional and did an excellent job.
We would be happy to recommend them to anyone with a tile roof. Marty Degele, owner and estimator took one look and knew what type of tile we had and who manufactured it. He was able to match the tile that needed to be replaced because it was broken or missing. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up all debris leaving the area clean. On their last day they even raked the shrubbery so that no mess was left behind. A truly great company to work with.

Marty came and actually got on the roof and inspected it and gave us an estimate. He sent us photos of our roof so we could see what he was talking about that needed to be fixed. He came when he said he was going to. On the day of the job, his crew came and they cleaned and fixed our tile roof. Once again, they arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Northwest Tile Roofing specializes in tile roofs. They know what they are doing. We had some tiles that were broken but were no longer made. Marty has discontinued tiles on hand. It was a simple process and we were extremely pleased with their work! Our roof is good for another 25 years!

I hired Northwest Tile Roofing to make sure the roof was in good shape. Marty showed up the next day and told me that they would clean, treat for moss, and replace any broken tile. The price was reasonable for what needed to be done. After they did the work my wife went up on the roof and thought more tile needed to be replaced, so Marty came back. Over the next few days he replaced all of the broken tile. My wife went back up on the roof and said it looked very good. The price for the extra tile replacements was reasonable. Marty's company is one of the few companies that repair tile roofs and I might add, the best one with which I have worked.

Tarps were carefully laid out before the job started. The crew hand scraped the moss off the entire 2900 sq. ft. rambler, and then used a spinning power broom brush to further clean the roof. The work was very thorough. Approximately 20 broken tiles were replaced. Gutters were cleaned. Then the entire roof was bleached to deter moss growth and leave a fresh look. Clean up was excellent. Entire job was professionally done in one day. I would recommend this contractor if you want the job done right in a most professional and responsible manner.

I have always found Marty to be super responsive and the work execution excellent. All work has been completed per scope and budget and would recommend any one with a tile roof to give them a call for a proposal.
