THIS BUILDER IS EXTREMELY INORGANIC AND YOU HAVE TO AT THE JOBSITE ON A REGULAR BASIS TO CATCH THE PROBLEMS. HE WAS RARELY AT THE JOBSITE SUPERVISING THE WORK BEING DONE. NEVER ON SCHEDULE - VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. THE BUILDER IS FROM INDIA AND THERE WAS A BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION
