 + -1 moreTHIS BUILDER IS EXTREMELY INORGANIC AND YOU HAVE TO AT THE JOBSITE ON A REGULAR BASIS TO CATCH THE PROBLEMS. HE WAS RARELY AT THE JOBSITE SUPERVISING THE WORK BEING DONE. NEVER ON SCHEDULE - VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. THE BUILDER IS FROM INDIA AND THERE WAS A BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION
Description of Work: NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME THAT WE MADE AN OFFER ON WHEN IT WAS IN THE FRAMED STAGE. THIS HAD TAKEN THEM 6 MONTHS TO DO AND IT TOOK ANOTHER 8 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE HOME.
