After reviewing a written quotation with the owner, I decided to proceed and paid 1/2 in advance per terms of quotation. I selected date for installation so I could be home. I was worried when installer arrived a little late in the day (11:30 am), but the installation was completed that same day and the furnace was running around 5 pm when the installer left. All materials for the old furnace were removed from the premises by the installer. The balance of price was paid to the installer on the day of installation per terms of quotation. This company had repaired my old furnace twice. I was so pleased to be dealing with a quality company that I did not obtain competitive quotes for the new furnace; I decided their price was reasonable and no need to waste time with other quotes.

Technician called shortly before arriving to confirm directions, arrived on-time and got right to work. He estimated an hour to an hour and a half for work, and it took just over an hour. He explained what he did and the status of my units. The labor charge was almost $20 over the estimate on the phone though. This might be because I have an A/C unit and not a heat pump, but I wouldn't think it would be.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE NEW FURNACE. THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY THAT I SAVE IS AMAZING. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THE PRICE WAS GOOD AND THE INSTALLER WAS GREAT!

THE SALESMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS WE NEEDED AND PROVIDED GOOD INFORMATION. THE WORKERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE VERY THOROUGH AND COMPLETE.

HE CAME TO OUR HOME TO PRESENT THE PACKAGE-CONVENIENT. WE GOT RID OF THE USE OF OUR HEAT PUMP EXCEPT FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE TRANE SYSTEM.

NOR PAC WAS QUICK TO REPOND TO OUR TO CALL. THEY SENT A PERSON OUT THE NEXT DAY TO TROUBLE SHOOT AN DIAGNOSE OUR A/C. THE PART WAS ORDERED AND REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE FEE WAS APPROPRIATE FOR THE LABOR DONE.
