David has been working with my extended family off and on for several years. When I bought my first house he helped so much by making a lot of the changes and repairs that were needed. He always does the job right and I've never needed him to come back to fix anything he's done--in fact he asked to come out to double check on the attic venting to make sure it wasn't leaking (it wasn't). Sometimes it may take him longer than estimated to complete something, but it's only so that the job is done correctly the first time around. He is also the one we call to review bids from other contractors that do work that he is unable to do--he's ridiculously good at what he does and we always trust his opinion.
