Nancy's Clean It Up Cleaning Services (Nancy Breeden) provided housekeeping services for us for over three years. In February of 2011 we discovered several pieces of expensive jewelry missing along with old coins inherited from a parent's estate. A police report was filed and subsequently, Nancy Breeden confessed to the police detective that she did indeed steal our jewelry and coins and had, in fact, been stealing from many of her clients for several years.
A case is pending right now and has been turned over to the prosecuting attorney.
We would NEVER recommend Nancy Breeden or her service to anyone. She cannot be trusted in your home.

Nancy was here 5 times and work went downhill each time. Floors weren't scrubbed, only dusted part of the furniture (didn't move things to dust), kitchen sink hadn't been cleaned and toilet wasn't cleaned one time. My husband was home the last time Nancy was here and she was only here for less than 2 hours - but still took the $75.00 check. Just wonder now if she was ever here for the entire 3 hours - the cleaning sure didn't show it. The first time she was here my husband was also home and he said she was only here for about 3 hours but took the $100 check - I did call her on this and she said she had a headache and left. We decided then that 3 hours would be enough with the cost being $75.

"BECKY IM EMBARASSED TO SAY I CLEANED YOUR HOME. THE FIRST DAY I CLEANED YOUR HOME I LEFT WITH A HEADACH WHY???? BECAUSE YOU WERE A SMOKER!!!!!!!!! YOU DIDN'T PUT THAT IN THE REPORT THOUGH DID YOU?????? YOU CAN SAY WHAT YOU WANT TO. I KNOW I DO A GOOD JOB AND ALL MY CLIENTS WILL VOUCH FOR ME. YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT BAD DUSTING OR FLOORS UNTIL THE LAST TIME. IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING !!!!! I THINK YOU JUST NEED SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT."

We have used Nancy's service about nine times now, including a move out cleaning of a very large house. Nancy is always on time, respectful of our home and absolutely thorough. She is easy to schedule, keeps into with email or calls and just does a great job.
