I was somewhat satisfied with all aspects of service. Sears is part of MTS Plumbing. They are expensive when it comes to price. They showed up when they said they would. Sears products are reasonably good.

The estimate was $5600 and the final bill that came in was over $13,000. The owner, Mike Sears, was very unprofessional and refused to give accurate quotes for any fixtures or work performed. The final price paid was well over retail, even though he was offering a contractor's price. The quality of work was terrible. We have several sinks that are inoperable, gaping holes in our drywall around pipes, and items that were never delivered or installed. Most of the fixtures, as well as the sinks, toilets, bathtubs, shower pan, etc. have scratches, dings or chips as a result of the installation. We would not recommend this plumber to anyone.
