IT WAS AN EASY PROJECT THAT TURNED INTO A DISASTER. WE HAD TO DO EXTENSIVE REPAIR WORK, AND HE COULD HAVE WALKED AWAY, BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT WHAT HE HAD SIGNED ON FOR. IT WAS A VERY GOOD JOB, IT WAS EFFICIENT, AND THEY DID A VERY CLEAN JOB. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE BEHIND A MESS OF ANY KIND.
