Parts were very slow to arrive, beyond promise dates (many of which were in stock on Amazon's website). Little or no visibility from them of status or arrival dates on parts. No calls to advise on status until late in the process after a lot of repeated calls and emails on my part to try to get their engagement. Poor responsiveness and no obvious escalation path for help. A culture of "I don't care" throughout their organization. Promises of a call back not completed. A part was lost in their distribution center with little to no effort to correct the problem. My experience with Keller was stressful and frustrating.
On the positive side, their Kohler showroom in Bellevue has a lot of nice displays and is well laid out.

VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PRODUCT BEING PURCHASED AND THE WORK BEING DONE. VERY HELPFUL WHEN ASKED TO HELP FIND CERTAIN ITEMS. THEY HAD A REASONABLE PRICE.
