"No formal bid or proposal was actually ever given. As the member did not want to enter into an agreement with me to work out the architectural and engineering needed to supply an accurate bid. The meeting simply stayed on a nonchalant cord-ale level. The only Prices ever discussed were rough construction and addition square footage prices (all verbal and all rough ballpark) so how the member used those numbers to deduct there figures I do not know. Again there was never a formal written estimate."
