Is not a good thing to be deceptive, they need to be more transparent with their pricing and honest.

Very easy to work with, fair pricing. You can tell from the moment you meet John that he has a great amount of knowledge in the work he does.

John and his partner were candid about the price of replacement materials (I'm 84 and had the original porch built 25 years ago!) They were open to our suggestions and built a beautiful porch/deck. They showed up at a time set by us. They never were late and finished the project in time! If I have any more deck type construction I'll call them first!

John was timely in the bid process and started the project of repairing the deck railing and stair treads within a week. And finished on the tight schedule I had to complete the work to satisfy my insurance company demands. I would recommend him to anybody needing deck work done.

They did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. John was great at communicating and they accommodated the short window of time we needed the work done in. We plan to hire them again in the future for other projects.

We called on a holiday weekend due to an urgent issue with our front porch. John called back promptly and agreed to come out the next day. He provided a reasonable quote and was able to start work quickly. In addition to fixing the immediate concern, he inspected and repaired additional sections of our porch to ensure that it was stable and safe.

Fantastic work and incredible customer service. I was looking for a deck repair person on homeadvisor to fix my parents deck that had a landing and railing that had rotted out from weather exposure. The entire landing coming off the deck, railing and two steps needed to be replaced. John of John Jack Construction came out and gave an extensive look at the job. Estimate was what we expected to be fair. Very next day he came out with two workers, replaced and repaired everything including painting. Looks incredible we now want the entire deck to be repainted next spring to match the new area. As this was my parents house John also kept me in the loop texting me and making sure my parents were happy with his work every step of the way. Again, amazing customer service.

Efficient work done quickly. Easy communication. Any problems or questions addressed right away with final product meeting our needs. All debris and unused materials cleaned up and removed immediately upon completion. We like our repaired/improved deck very much.
