It was Jan that came out and he was very helpful, personable and efficient. We had to wait for a little bit because the installation was not finished and he had to com back and finish it.

DRAIN OVERFLOW FILTER HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS SINCE WE MOVED INTO THE HOUSE. THE BUILDER HAD MADE SEVERAL EFFORTS TO FIX IT BUT NEVER COULD GET IT PERMANENTLY FIXED. I CALLED JJ PLUMBING AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT QUICKLY AND EASILY AND WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT SINCE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHER FRIENDS IN NEED OF PLUMBING WORK.
