I should have known there would be trouble when the tech told me right off the bat that sometimes they don't get reception. I told him I had an indoor $10 antenna that got  major channels so I was certain the outdoor would get more.  When his test failed and received 0 channels he then blamed it on my tv so I asked him to check the other tv he was hooking up.  He then got his tester tv and found 0 channels so decided it was "my bad reception". I live in Mukilteo so I am near all the major tv stations that any 30 mile antenna would pick up.  He told me he could try more things and kept doing things but never checked the antenna like I asked.  Finally at the end he did and discovered he had wired the antenna to the tbs all wrong and that was the problem.
When I called to talk to a manager, Tim answered and wouldn't pass me along to the manager insisting he could help me. Finally he said was the manager (so why didn't you say that when I first asked).  He told me that the fees were reasonable because they fell under troubleshooting. Since when is wiring wrong then refusing to check your work and try other things troubleshooting.  
I am having to now dispute the over charge via my credit card because of their lack of cooperation.  
Do not use them. They have hidden fees, incompetent techs, and over charge.  Even after the disputed fee they will be paid $154 for 2 hours labor, $99 for the antenna, and $40 for a metal pipe and splitter.  I think that is fair. They want me to pay $280 for 2 hours labor plus expenses.  That seems like a lot! $140 an hour for a tv tech?
