On time. Job done very quickly. No mess. Very polite.

Really good. Tom and Dave knocked it out in no time. The were next door doing a job for my neighbor and I called the office to see if they could fit me in, if they had time. They were very busy that day but managed to squeeze me in. They were quick and got the job done right away. Good guys.

One person came out and left the area clean.

I ran into a problem replacing a toilet. Plumber came out and had the right tools and know how to deal with broken shutoff valve. Got that job done and finished install.

They are reliable, skilled, schedule quickly and are prompt. They do the work needed with no problems. We have used this company for many years, since before we joined Angie's List. They have done small and large jobs for us, from changing toilet rings, installing a new toilet, to fixing an outside water line.

Provider was initially about 35 minutes late.  However, once they arrived they had the repairs done professionally in about an hour.  Excellent job, no mess and everything works wonderful.

I made an appointment with the plumber at a time convenient for me. The plumber came and quickly resolved my slow bathtub drain issue. He showed me how to remove the drain plug so I can address that part of the issue myself in the future. I paid a minimum service amount, which we had agreed to before he began his work. I?m completely satisfied.

I initially contacted them for an estimate as they were close to the area and I had used them in the past. They completed the job in about a day and a half. Their clean-up was excellent and they were pretty good. The cost for the job was fair and in line with other estimates I had received. They were professional and did a good job.

I called Harold's Plumbing on 5/2/14 and I told them that not all the water was coming out of my shower head and that most of the water was coming out from below. They understood my emergency and told me that they will fit me into their schedule. Not only did they fit me into their schedule, but Tom also came out to the house within less than 2 hours. Tom was very professional, pleasant and was quick. He did an exceptional job and fixed my faucets to work even better than it had before. I am very pleased with the work Tom performed. I am so happy to have found such a reliable plumber who understood my emergency and who responded so quickly. I will definately call them again for all of my plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived promptly at the appointed time and cleaned out the drain. We have used Harold's plumbing over the years whenever we need plumbing work done and have been very happy with their service. They are professional, reasonably priced, and always prompt.

Next day service. The plumber raised and reset the toilet...used double wax ring as fixture was set atop carpeting. Briefly checked operation and said he was not responsible for leveling the fixture. The following day the toilet plugged. I called for service after trying to clear it with plunger...continued to attempt clearing, and finally did so...cancelled recall...my analysis: a portion of wax ring broke loose partially plugging drain. Toilet working fine subsequently. I think that with additional testing this clogging would have been determined at completion of resetting the toilet. Total time required for resetting the toilet: Approx...40 minutes.

He explained it was a 50/50 chance as to where to begin the troubleshooting. He started upstairs at the kitchen sink and ran a 100' of snake but was unable to located the block. I worked with him listening downstairs to try and identify where the snake was hitting. Next, we prowled the yard looking for the emergency shut-off. By process of elimination, we found a trap that was part of the problem. That was cleaned out and got the water flowing again. It seems the downstairs sink had taken the overflow from the trap, and egg shells pieces had filled the trap in that sink. After much plunging on my part, I removed the equivalent about four cups of egg shell pieces. In the end, his approach was logical and finally led to fixing the problem...The only negative, and it's a little one, is . . . some consideration of the level of effort I contributed to the solution in working with him might have warranted a small discount.

The GIANT water bill was the first clue that something was wrong. Since we knew the leak was outside the house, we called Harold's Plumbing because we've used them in the past for other things. They were actually over-booked and unable to get out for several days, but suggested we call an associate (that they'd have to use anyway to find the source of the leak). Said he was very reliable, would locate the leak, take a look and if he felt qualified, fix it. They assured me they 100% recommended this man.
And he was very nice and competent. Fixed a leak in the line from our main line to the house, sort of under the driveway. We talked about long-term solutions (old house!). Harold's Plumbing checked in a few days later to see how things had gone, and we have had them out to bid on the long-term solution!

Great. Dave was on time, knowledgable, and tidy. The water heater he arrived with was too wide so the owner showed up quickly with a slimmer/taller heater. It took him about 3 hours to remove the old heater and install the new water heater.

Brent did an excellent job. He was on time and worked steadily. He was friendly, thorough and professional. He also gave us some very useful information and advice about the plumbing in our old house. The plumbing is definitely better after his repairs. Although I think Harold's hourly rates might be a little high, Brent completed four different jobs (downstairs, upstairs, in the garage, and outside) in one hour; so our charge was actually less than the estimate given on the phone when I made the appointment. The two people I talked to on the phone (Curt and Frieda, I think) were friendly, helpful, and informative. I called about noon and they made an appointment for 8:00 the next morning. We will certainly call them again for future plumbing needs.

The plumber was very efficient and competent.

Harold's Plumbing team was very efficient in repairing our shower leak and installing the new shower valve. We first hired Harold's Plumbing to repair a shower leak which was repaired fast and clean. They did such a great job we decided to hire Harold's Plumbing to install a new shower valve into our shower which once again they came in did what they needed to do and out the door.
When making the appointments over the phone to have the plumbers come out for the project, the office support was a delight to talk to. She understood the dilemma we were in and was sympathetic and tried everything in her power to assist us in getting someone out to our house to assist.

They did really well. It was high grade equipment.
I thought they were reasonable. They were on time. They did have a service charge, so they helped me by combining trips with other clients.
