Lawn Service
Efrain is a blow and go kind of guy. He's basically lazy. Efrain starts out doing a fair job, then after a couple weeks his work degrades and he doesn't keep his commitments. He agreed to work 2 hours per week at my house and he only works 45 minutes and leaves. But he sure wants to be paid, but doesn't want to work.
