Due to issues with Home Depot itself, there was some delay and contract issues that were eventually resolved thanks to the contracting Company. However, the actual contractor did perform the work himself which also included some delay due to the county inspector's availability throughout the job.
After completion of the job there were a few issues that needed to be fixed but once those were taken care of we were happy overall with the work.

GMA Construction was referred to me by Home Depot Home Owner Referral service. I met with Beth Waskom of GMA to go through the items that will require repair and replacement.It is an older home needs kitchen, bathroom remodeling plus renew the basement, including flooring, lighting, etc. I was hoping she will provide some professional suggestion but she only wrote down all the items I had mentioned. She said she will get back to me with an estimation but I have never heard from her again.............??
