Water Heater Service
THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY FOUND THAT THE THERMOSTAT UNIT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THEY DISCUSSED MY OPTIONS WITH ME AND SUGGESTED THE BEST COURSE OF ACTION. I APPRECIATED BEING ABLE TO BE INVOLVED IN THAT PART OF THE PROCESS.

THE FIRST MAN DIDN'T OFFER TO FIX THE EXISTING FURNACE, AND I COULDN'T AFFORD EITHER A NEW FURNACE OR A HEAT PUMP. THE SECOND MAN WAS EFFICIENT, COMPETENT, AND REPAIRED IT QUICKLY. THE FURNACE NOW BLOWS OUT WARM AIR.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE TYPE OF FURNACE WE HAVE. HE CHECKED SEVERAL PARTS FOR WEAR BUT FOUND ALL WERE STILL IN FUNCTIONAL STATE.
