Our condo was flooded in late October requiring a complete floor replacement and wall repair. After the HOA who was responsible for the repairs bouncing among different contractors they finally hired G&H. Since we wanted to have some work done anyway we also hired G&H to do our additional work while they were there. All work was done professionally and quickly. Floors were replaced, walls repaired, new vanity and toilet installed, and heaters repaired. Would hire again. (Cost listed is for the upgrades and additional things we wanted done. Unsure of the total cost with what the HOA paid as well.)
