Andrey was my project coordinator and did a fantastic job with the design.  Anatoliy was the installer and also did a fantastic job.  All floors were thin set under backer board to ensure a perfectly level subfloor and each tile was meticulously put in place with an amazing finished product.  I have built houses in the past and have not been impressed with my tile work but this time I am sold on 5 Star for the next project.  The only con's for 5 Star was cost and time to install but those are both directly related to the quality of the finished product and based on what I got I'll happily pay a bit more and wait a bit longer for their work.

Andrey was great to work with -- he was punctual, professional, and thorough. He cut out multiple bands of accent tile in a master bath surround and in the master shower, and replaced them with new tile accent bands. He also re-grouted the shower tiles and re-caulked all of the wall seams. The work, which spanned over two days, was done neatly and efficiently. And with the exception of some bowing in spots where the accent tile does not sit exactly straight on the wall, the job looks very good.

A lot of the others were dibby inside, did not have a lot about censor, 2 or 3 options total and all seemed to have, someone feedback and these guys were cheaper that is why I am wanting them. The overall quality of the work was really solid with the hardwood flooring installation was good, the tile and brick wood was good. It is kind of 3 different people that they came out in 3 different occasions. The trim installation, we were less happy with those. They ended up being a little one sloppy said but it is good. Communication is not responsive in this company like scheduling which I had to contact the guy several times but sometimes it is fine. As far as people showed up, they had some information on what they had to do and describe in detail what they needed to do on them. After that, generally, there was not a problem and they were fine.

The floor looks amazing. They came on time, they followed through and stuck to the time line. The installation was done with care. They were respectful. They communicated any issues, always knew where they where. The price was excellent for the quality of work that was done.

I had Andrey come over to give me a detail quote to install new floor tile and new tile in the shower/tub surround. he was highly recommended by a local tile store.
He gave me a detailed quote, which was great, that way I was able to know exactly what the separate steps were going to cost. I felt like his prices were very reasonable. I chose to the demo myself and supplied all the tile material, and that wasn't an issue for him at all.
Andrey had to start a day later than he was scheduled, but he let me know in advance, which was very helpful. Not all contractors will do that.
Also I had a detailed floor pattern that we wanted and Andrey did a great job executing it.
I would definitely recommend Andrey and Five Star Flooring installation. the great work already has us figuring out the next bathroom renovation.

We did a complete master bathroom remodel. After gutting the bathroom myself. . .down to the studs, I had Andrey and his crew in to put it all back together. They checked/fixed the plumbing (centered the drain, installed new shower works, etc) and installed new wonder board and backer board throughout. Next they built the shower floor and installed the new shower gasket etc. They installed the tile which included the floor, shower surround, and one wall. Finally, they finished with grout.
All in all, Andrey and his crew did a wonderful job. They were not the best at communication. . .for example, after we informed them that they won the bid we were not entirely sure they were going to show up. But the day before the job was to begin, Andrey contacted me and everything went fine. . .they didn't even ask for half of the payment up front. The workers were professionals. . .the cleaned up after themselves. . .and they worked very hard. Some of the tile cuts that they made were amazing!
We will definitely have them back to do our downstairs bathroom.

They did a beautiful job. It turned out very great.
