They said they'd be back in a year and that did not happen. When they went commercial and we had a problem with our thermostat, they replaced it for free since they no longer provide residential service. The workers were professional. Installation was prompt. Very well done and quickly. They left the area very clean. It took about two days for job to be completed. First impression was good. They gave us a thorough and accurate estimate.

They actually did more and got the furnace up and running in fabulous shape after another company had been out and did nothing. My father is very, very pleased with the work they did. He really knew what he was talking about and he knew the job. He knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He came out one day to do an assessment and then ordered parts and came back a couple of days later to do the work. He was brisk, efficient and prompt. You name it; he did it. My dad was just grinning from ear to ear because he was so pleased. My dad was happy with the price. We would absolutely use them again. They fixed our furnace a couple of years ago in an emergency situation.
